1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raja Luck (web or app), creating an account, participating in offers, or making any transaction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any posted rules for specific promotions. If you do not agree, do not use Raja Luck.

2) Eligibility (18+, State Rules)

4) Account Creation & Security

  • Provide accurate details (name, email/phone).
  • Secure your login: strong password, OTP/2FA where available.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person = one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited.
  • We may suspend/terminate for suspicious or abusive activity.

5) KYC, Anti-Fraud & Compliance

  • We may require KYC/AML verification (ID, PAN, address, selfie) before deposits, bonuses, or withdrawals.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
  • We are not liable for network issues, device failures, or third-party outages.

11) Intellectual Property

  • All logos, names, graphics, UI, and content are our IP or our licensors’.
  • You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app/site for personal, lawful use.
  • Do not copy, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

12) Third-Party Services

  • Payment gateways, analytics, push notifications, and app stores are operated by third parties.
  • We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.

13) Privacy & Data

  • We process personal data per our Privacy Policy (collection, cookies, usage, sharing, retention, user rights).
  • By using Raja Luck, you consent to such processing and storage (including outside your state, where lawful).

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms or law;
  • Fraud, abuse, or risk to users/platform;
  • Inactivity: We may mark accounts dormant after [X] months; fees or balance handling will follow the Dormancy Policy (if any) posted.
    Consequences may include bonus/winnings forfeiture and notification to relevant authorities where required by law.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Raja Luck is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties

Raja Luck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use is at your sole risk.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raja Luck, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Raja Luck, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws/third-party rights.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (India)

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City/State], India.
